ChefKiss Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ChefKiss Group (“ChefKiss,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, fees, and timelines for orders placed through our Platform.
1. Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver across Singapore.
- Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners to ensure orders arrive safely and on time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Peak Periods: During festive seasons or promotional events, delivery times may be extended.
- Pre-orders or Special Requests: Lead times will be indicated on the product page or order confirmation email.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees vary based on order size, weight, and location.
- Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified minimum spend (subject to active promotions).
- All fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Attempts & Handling
- If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, one (1) complimentary redelivery will be arranged.
- Subsequent redelivery attempts may incur additional fees.
- Please ensure accurate and complete delivery details are provided at checkout. ChefKiss is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Order Tracking
- Customers may receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
- Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, high order volumes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- ChefKiss will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any delays and work with our delivery partners to resolve issues promptly.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If any items are missing, incorrect, or damaged, notify us within 24 hours by emailing [sales@chefkiss.com.sg] with your order number, photos, and details of the issue.
- We will investigate and arrange replacements or refunds where applicable, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Orders
- At this time, ChefKiss only delivers within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping.
