ChefKiss Terms of Service

Effective Date: 12 October 2025

Welcome to ChefKiss Group (“ChefKiss,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, app, or services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and be 18+ (or have parental consent).
  • Keep your account details secure. Report unauthorized access to [support@chefkiss.com.sg].
  • ChefKiss may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successful.
  • Prices are in SGD and may change without notice.
  • ChefKiss may cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, or fraud.

3. Delivery

  • Available across Singapore, typically within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery fees depend on order size and location; free delivery may apply for qualifying orders.
  • Incorrect shipping information is the user’s responsibility.

4. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Returns are accepted for incorrect, damaged, or expired items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Some items (fresh, frozen, perishable, opened, gift cards, digital products) are non-returnable unless damaged.

5. Promotions & Loyalty

  • Offers, discounts, and rewards (including any loyalty points or membership benefits) are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Some promotions may require promo codes or account registration.
  • Terms for specific promotions or loyalty programs will be provided at the time of launch.

6. Content, Social Media & Marketing

  • Users must not post offensive, defamatory, misleading, or illegal content when interacting with ChefKiss or participating in promotions.
  • ChefKiss may use user-generated content (reviews, comments, images, testimonials) for marketing purposes.
  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or branding is prohibited.
  • Influencers and affiliates must comply with Singapore advertising laws and clearly disclose partnerships.
  • ChefKiss may modify or terminate promotional campaigns at any time and remove content or block users who violate this ToS.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and trademarks.
  • You may not use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Privacy & Data

  • We collect personal data to process orders, personalize your experience, and (with consent) for marketing.
  • Data is handled according to Singapore’s PDPA.
  • Contact [admin@chefkiss.com.sg] to access or delete your data.

9. Vendor Rules

  • Vendors must comply with Singapore laws.
  • ChefKiss approves all product listings and may delist items at its discretion.

10. Liability

  • ChefKiss is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We facilitate dispute resolution for vendor products but are not responsible for their quality.
  • Users agree to indemnify ChefKiss for misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These ToS are governed by Singapore law.
  • Disputes will first be resolved amicably, then via SIAC arbitration, or Singapore courts if needed.

12. Updates

  • ChefKiss may update these ToS at any time.
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
